Exhibitor Support

Please note, all exhibitors, once confirmed, must agree to attend their stand from 10am till 4.00pm. Failure to show or cancellation of a stand  with less thatn 2 weeks notice will incur a fee of £200 +VAT  If you break down your stand and leave before the close will incur a charge of £100 + VAT.

The stands are fully fitted booths 2m wide x 1.5m deep x 2.44m high. They are covered in a light grey fabric which will receive velcro to allow easy fixing of posters and panels. There will be a fascia across the front of the stand with the company name applied.

All stands are provided with lighting, a 4’ x 2’ table and chairs and table cloths.

Set Up

Exhibitors may set up their stands between 8.00am and 10.00am when they should be ready for the exhibition opening. All display material must be removed by 7pm latest on the day of the exhibition.

Parking is in the Victoria Way Car Park, next to DoubleTree by Hilton. Access to HG Wells Conference & Events Centre is direct by a foot bridge on level 4 at the back of the car park or by level 1 at road level . 

Additional parking is available in the Peacocks Car Park by an entrance 100 metres further along Victoria Way. Exit via Jubilee Square, pass the large green metal gates and onto Church Street East. Entrance on the right under the foot ridge
