We will then confirm your stand number and any necessary further details.

Please note, although the exhibition is free, exhibitors, once confirmed, must agree to attend their stand from 10am till 4pm. Cancellation of your stand with less that 2 weeks notice or failure to show on the day will incur a fee of £200 + VAT. If you break down your stand and leave prior to the end of the show a Fee of £100 +VAT will be invoiced.
